Sprout and Spinach Dhokla

Ingredients :

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup sprouts
  • ½ cup spinach
  • 5-6 pc green chilies
  • ¾ cup Besan (chickpeas flour)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp curd( for fermentation)
  • ½ Tbsp salt

Instructions :

HOW TO COOK:

  • Take one cup of sprouts in a grinder mug, add ½ cup spinach, 5-6 pc of green chilies, and Grind it well.
  • Take the batter of sprouts in another bowl and add ¾ cup besan, 1 lemon juice, 2 Tbsp of curd, and ½ tbsp of salt into it. Mix it well and make a smooth batter.
  • Take the steam pan and put it for 20 minutes to steam and cook.

GARNISHING:

  • Take one pan, and add 2 tbsp ghee into it.
  • After one minute add ½ tbsp mustard seeds, curry leaves, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and ½ cup water.
  • Boil it for 2 minutes and spread out on top of Dhokla.
  • Cut the pieces and ENJOY YOUR HEALTHY MOONG SPROUT AND SPINACH DHOKLA.
