Quinoa Crunch Bar

Ingredients :

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup quinoa
1 cup chocolate powdered peanut butter
1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup almond milk
Pinch of salt to bring out the sweetness

Instructions :

HOW TO MAKE IT:
 

  1. Add your quinoa to a pan with high heat and toast for about 5 minutes until the quinoa begins to pop and it becomes golden in color.
  2.  Then remove it from the heat immediately and place it into a bowl.
     
  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix to combine then transfer the mix into a lined loaf pan.
  4. Pop into the freezer for 1-2 hours for the bars to firm up then slice them up and enjoy.
