Ingredients :
Ingredients (2 big servings)
1 large cucumber
1 cup of tomatoes
1/2 of red onion
1/2 bunch of fresh coriender
1 mango/ 100 gm paneer
1 cup uncooked lentils
Dressing:
2 tbsp of olive oil(optional)
3 tbsp of green chutney
1 garlic clove
2 tbsp lemon juice
salt & pepper to taste
Instructions :
Directions:
1. Start by cooking your lentil according to package instructions.
2. Chop up cucumber, tomatoes, red onion,,coriender and graide paneer.
3. Make the dressing by simply mixing all ingredients in a small bowl.
4. Assemble your salad and mix in the dressing.
