- Chicken breast:150gm
- Onions:60gm
- Tomatoes:60gm
- Ginger garlic paste:2 to 3 tbsp
- Cashew nuts:8-10 pieces
- Curd: 2 to 3 tbsp
- Chilli powder: 2 to 3 tbsp
- Garam masala: 2 tbsp
- Kasoori methi:2 tbsp
- Ghee:2 t0 3 tbsp
Instructions :
How to cook:
1. Marinate 200 grams chicken breast cubes with 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1.5 tbsp red chili powder, 1 tbsp garam masala/tandoori masala, 2 tbsp curd, and salt and keep it aside for 10 minutes.
2. In a pan heat some ghee and cook the chicken until done.
3. Meanwhile, add 1 tbsp ghee to a pan, 2 chopped onions, once the onions are cooked add 6-8 chopped blanched tomatoes and 8-10 cashew nuts.
4. Add 1 tbsp garlic paste, salt, 1 tbsp garam masala powder, Keep mixing and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes.
5. Churn the mixture into a fine puree.
6. Add it to the pan along with the cooked chicken and 2 tsp kasoori methi and let it simmer for 3-4minutes and let the gravy cook.
7. Taste and adjust with more garam masala/salt. And it’s ready!
