Other fat is deeper inside, around our heart, lungs, liver, and other organs.<\/p>\n<cite>Amanat Kagzi<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>sceral&#8221; fat &#8212; that may be the bigger problem, even for thin people.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>? Now, WE DOOOOOO need some visceral fat. It provides cushioning around our organs. Right!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But if we have too much of it, we may be more likely to get high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, heart disease etc&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">WAKE UP<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if you&#8217;re thin, you can still have too much visceral fat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How much you have is partly about your genes, and partly about your lifestyle, especially how active you are! Yes a physical activity in any form be it gym ,some sports ,swimming etc is must.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">?The key is to be active, no matter what size we are<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">There are few keys to controlling belly fat in MY OPINION:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">EXERCISE<\/mark><\/strong>&nbsp;: Moderate activity &#8212; raising your heart rate for 30 minutes at least three times per week should do the trick to begin with<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">DIET<\/mark><\/strong>&nbsp;: There is no magic diet for belly fat but you try adding more fibre( veggies) to your diet and cutting down junk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">SLEEP<\/mark><\/strong>&nbsp;: TRYYYYYYYY to get 6-7 hours of gooooooood<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><strong>STRESS MANAGEMENT<\/strong>:<\/mark> Everyone has stress. How we handle it matters.
